Quite simply our training is designed to practically inform our delegates the best way of dealing with any commercial, legal, programme control, risk management, business development and sales and marketing issues they may incur during their daily occupations.

Our consultants have many years of successful experience in the Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Manufacturing industries, working in major industrial organisations where they produced successful outcomes in many projects and programmes for both public and private industry requirements.

Whilst the content of our courses is very relevant for all work disciplines, we place emphasis on the inter-relationship between management, commerce and technical requirements. Identifing from our experience the requirements of this inter-relationship and what happens when "we get it wrong" .
