Our courses fall into two primary areas, Commercial and Technical:

Commercial
The Commercial courses cover all aspects of Commercial and Business Life. Through Sales, Marketing, Proposal
Preparation, Contract Law, Programme and Cost control, Earned Value, Estimating, Pricing and Risk Analysis.

Whilst our training has relevance to all industry sectors, we specialize in providing direction in the Defence,
Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Manufacturing, Rail, Oil & Gas and other specialist technology industries.

Our consultants use all their knowledge and experience to present the courses clearly and consisely, giving
practical knowledge and insight into all aspects of Commercial Life.

Our current programme of courses includes "Commercial Awareness", "Risk Analysis" and "Earned Value
Techniques". The 2009 programme commences in February 2009 and are reviewed in detail in the Commercial

Technical
The Technical training covers many of the elements involved during product development and test, particularly with
respect to Environmental Testing, i.e.:

Vibration Shaker testing
Modal Analysis
Shock Testing
Climatic and Environmental Testing.
